 How long will shipping take?

We offer a standard shipping option for all of our deliveries. Shipping times differ by destination:

—UK & Ireland within 3-5 business days

—USA & Canada within 7-10 business days

—Middle East within 7-10business days

—Western Europe* within 3-7 business days

—Rest of Europe within 5-10 business days

—Russia within 5-7 business days

—Asia & ROW within 7-10 business days

*Western Europe includes: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Luxembourg.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. 

7319 cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

 We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

All orders are shipped with a tracker number. You can find this tracking number by looking at the dispatch email we have sent you. Please allow up to one working day from purchase for your tracking number.

 *Please note that we are unable to deliver to some countries and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are currently unable to deliver to the countries below:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Canary Islands, Central African Republic, Congo- Brazzaville, Congo-Kinshasa, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Niger, North Korea, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen and Zimbabwe. 

Where do you ship from?

We ship all of our orders from the United Kingdom, where our warehouse is based.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Faulty Items

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase you can return your goods, provided we get them back within 14 days of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached. 

Exchanges

We do not hold specific stock for exchanges, but if you wish to exchange your item you can return the original purchase in accordance with this policy and, subject to availability, then submit a new order online or purchase in store.

 Refunds

Refunds online will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of our receipt of returned items. For returns queries, please contact us. order@7319.life

Faulty Items

If your items are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.  If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund. We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.

 Additional rights

If you are a customer in the UK you have additional statutory rights to cancel online orders from the date when you made the order up to 14 days after you receive the goods.  

 If you wish to cancel an online purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt of your order. You must return your goods in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached within 14 days.

Items purchased online cannot be returned in store.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.  For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.

Please note that the online store does not accept returns of in store purchases.
